Human Resources Generalist
Rural/Metro Ambulance is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for its Cleveland location. This is a key position within the organization and will be an intragual part of the management team. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced work environment, have the ability to make tough business decisions, and have a working knowledge of Human Resources and Employment Laws. Responsibilities will include
developing, interpreting and administering policies and procedures, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Salary Administration, as well as a variety of other duties.
The qualified candidate must be a professional, business-minded individual with a minumum of 2-3 years of Human Resources and/or Management experience and exceptional communication skills. This indidvidual must be a self-starter, detail orientated and have the ability to deal with conflict. Other requirements include basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Word and Excel.
