Job Description

• Assists in preparation of monthly financial reporting and quarterly and annual preparation for external reporting requirements, including assistance and coordination with external auditors. Assists in the preparation of the quarterly cash flow statements, stock compensation expense (FAS 123R) calculations and XBRL tagging (SEC reporting compliance).

• Bachelor's degree in accounting plus three to four years experience.
