The Centers for Dialysis Care is an unparalleled presence in Northeast Ohio’s dialysis community. CDC has multiple locations, including Outpatient Centers, Nursing Home Units and Acute Care settings. We are currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Human Resource Administrative Assistant at our Corporate Headquarters facility located at 18720 Chagrin Blvd., Shaker Heights, Ohio 44122.
Qualifications:
· Business or Associate’s degree preferred; or three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
· Ability to organize time and priorities in order to meet various deadlines;
· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, proficient use of Internet and Intranet;
· History working with confidential information;
· Knowledge of HR systems, processes and structure required
· Experience with handling unemployment claims, worker’s compensation, benefits, and recruitment
Responsibilities:
· Filing correspondence, typing of letters, creating reports, or straight-copy material from rough draft
· Maintains regular data entry to generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
· Acts as a first resource for employees and external customers
· Understands and supports Human Resource policies and procedures
· Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude in all interactions at all times
· Accepts additional duties as neededCenters for Dialysis Care
