General Responsibility:
Assure customers are receiving efficient and courteous service. Handle customer inquiries, disputes and problems within department guidelines. Research and provide direct contact to the customer and various company departments via telephone, e-mail and letters as well as processing orders resulting from these calls.

Specific Responsibilities:
-Serve as liaison with engineering, marketing, sales, quality and other departments to disseminate/collect information and resolve issues involving customer service.
-Answer questions over the phone regarding all product lines and any problems consumers may be experiencing.
-Enter consumer orders.
-Other assigned duties as required.

Job Requirements:
-Ability to effectively communicate on the phone with customers; inbound call center experience a plus! 
-Pleasant and professional phone skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to details.
-Effective in dealing with customers, internal resources and external resources in a positive and professional manner.
-Able to learn and convey knowledge of products and troubleshoot. Able to interpret instructions from a manual and basic product diagrams.
-Team player. Positive attitude. Dependable. Takes initiative.
