Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Nurse Manager provides clinical supervision to assigned employees and coordinates unit/area clinical operations with other departmental disciplines; provides effective and efficient patient care to patients of all ages on assigned shifts or as otherwise designated. Assumes responsibilities of Nurse Manager in his/her absence. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills, and Physical Demands Current License as R.N. in the State of Ohio. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum two years clinical experience. Strong demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills; must have good oral, written, and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
