Inside Sales / Telemarketing Representative

Established manufacturing company servicing the printing industry seeks an experienced inside sales / telemarketing representative. Will solicit orders and qualify leads for our products and services. Duties and responsibilities include:

Help develop established script to use when calling prospects.

Call prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered.

Inform current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.

Quote prices and encourages customers to buy.

Secure and place orders with others for filling and arranges delivery date.

Enter names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database system.

Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Develop lists of prospects from city and telephone directories, trade and professional association membership lists, and other public records.

Prepares report on sales activities.
