ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Telesales Specialist will contact existing clients to drive sales to meet company objectives.  Duties will include but shall not be limited to:  


  • Partnering with training coordinators to drive business performance

  • Quoting subscription renewal contracts to clients

  • Contacting clients through phone and e-mail to drive the subscription renewal process

  • Researching and resolving discrepancies with client’s invoices or other accounting related issues, such as collecting

  • Managing the client experience by updating client information and resolving client issues. 

  • Maintaining and updating client contact information

  • Processing orders for subscription contract renewals

  • Tracking contract renewal rates and compiling reports for management as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 year associates degree or a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines and operate under pressure

  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and communicate effectively
