Champion Personnel specializes in filling positions faster and more effectively than anyone in our field. We use an internal system that has been developed over decades and is now being enhanced by new technology, assessments and marketing. We work in the blue collar, white collar and professional career fields, here in NE Ohio
Our recruiters are highly experienced (our staff averages more than 7 years experience within our profession and about the same amount of time with Champion). Our sales staff can be assured that we can deliver on your word.
We are seeking 1-2 experienced sales representatives who are excellent at phone sales contact, in-person contact and handling a relationship building system of account and business development. We are looking for an assertive, forward thinking attitude. The successful person will have good exposure to the business world in general and have been trained in successful sales techniques.
The person we are seeking will have a focused attitude, ability to use high-energy and thick skin.
This person must want a career, not a "job" that they will try because they are not employed.
To review: High Energy. Experienced in and want phone sales (60+ calls per day), but also darn good in person. Confident, just shy of self-centered. Degree or something that shows you didn't give up after high school. Retail sales does not qualify. We are also looking for a person who wants to make an excellent income (base and commissions) but is realistic in knowing that great income is built.
Employment sales is okay, not required. We have found that most of our competitors have hired what other people consider to be "Used Car" sales types and we are not interested in that social style.

This is NOT a position for someone needing to earn $75K+ in their first year to break even. This is for a person on their way up in income.
