CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (PART TIME)

The primary role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to perform order management and data input in a highly accurate and timely fashion for all the parts of our business. Interaction with paint department associates is required along with a wide range of activities to ensure the delivery of our products to the customers. The CSR will handle multiple assignments and responsibilities simultaneously, processing all requests in an efficient expedient manner with a high level of accuracy. Customer centricity, which includes; anticipating future customer needs, taking ownership of customer issues and being responsible to deliver commitments is essential. The expectations of both internal and external customers must be met to insure world class business results.
THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE WITH HOURS RANGING UP TO 29.5 HOURS PER WEEK.
Qualifications:
Three to five years of related experience in customer service.
Excellent PC skills, and organizational skills are required.
Strong communication skills, being able to express themselves clearly, concisely and completely, using grammatically correct language in all verbal and written communications.
Active listening is required to manage incoming phone calls.
