TITLE: Inside Sales
DEPARTMENT: Customer Service
OPERATING CO: Pyramyd Air LTD
LOCATION: Warrensville Hts., OH
REPORTS TO: Director of Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for satisfying customer needs in product information and order fulfillment. This is primarily accomplished through phone contact / email contact with customers and various segments of the supply chain including outside service vendors.
Communicate and maintain expertise in product / brand knowledge of Pyramyd Air brands. Use internet and other tools to inform and educate customers.
Quote price and availability to customers, expedite orders as required and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner (call volumes can range from 60 – 90 incoming calls per day).
Make additions and deletions to existing orders according to existing policy and procedure.
Ensure special instructions are clearly communicated in text with appropriate details, dates, initials.
Review internal order and/or shipping errors with Customer Service Manager and participate in resolution.
Build customer relationships by identifying pain points and helping the customer make a decision.
Utilize strong work ethic to provide consistent performance and achieve revenue goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent plus 2-5 years of customer service experience in business environment and/or a Bachelors Degree in an applicable field or study required. Prior experience or familiarity with shooting sports highly desirable. Professional business communications skills (both verbal and written) essential. Strong mechanical aptitude highly desirable. Demonstrated analytical ability and problem solving skills required. Knowledge of Internet applications and work process skills required. Computer literacy in PC programs including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Excellent time management and organizational skills required with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work successfully in a team environment. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
