Job Description

Supervises the packaging, production activities including the operation of standard or specialized designed equipment to package bread and roll products. Responsible for meeting or exceeding production schedules, line speed standards, cost targets and quality standards. Assists in the selection of supervised employees. Trains and appraises the performance ability of subordinates. Plans work schedules.  This is a first line supervisory position.
