Position: Asset Coordinator /Equipment POC
Length: 5 Months ( November 16 2009 to March 2010)
Description:
This resource will be responsible for processing inventory requests as directed. These requests will include order processing, inventory control, logistics, and parts processing. The resource will have basic pc experience and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite software package. Resource will monitor inventory.
General Skill Sets:
- Boxing new and old assets
- Tracking assets and PC materials ( Serial Numbers; etc.)
- Following formalized process as defined by the client
- Managing assets through spreadsheets ( MS Office Suite/ Excel)
- Assisting with communication with client users as required.
- Organization skills
- Lift up to 50LBS
