Signature Health, an award winning full service community mental health/CD treatment agency is developing a new evidenced based program for dually diagnosed adolescents involved in the juvenile court system.

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic professionaly who shares our values of integrity, teamwork, excellence and innovation.  The ideal candidate with have 3+ years experience working with dually diagnosed adolescents and hold and LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.  Candidates with additional credentials as and LICDC preferred.

Job Duties include in-home therapy (1/2 time) and office based Assessments, individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy.
