Job Description
Local company is in need of a full-time professional Service Technician. This individual will coordinate service calls/installation appointments, provide installation and service of emergency response units, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Minimum requirements: High school diploma or GED; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience. He/She should also have a basic understanding of electronics, excellent communication skills, the ability to write routine reports and correspondences, and basic math skills. All of our employees must also have a good driving record, as well as a valid driver’s license, in order to meet our insurability standards.
