Job Description
The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine has an immediate, full-time opening in our Office of Student Records for an experienced Administrative Assistant. Qualifications for this full-time position include:
· Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
· Superior organizational skills tracking various projects simultaneously
· Previous experience doing moderate to heavy computer-based data entry work
· Basic understanding of methods used in scoring exams, calculating grade point averages, and determining class rank
· Excellent Customer service skills
· Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
· General office duties including mail, photocopying, collating, filing, data entry, phones, and customer/visitor reception
· Ability to process and handle highly confidential information on an ongoing basis
To be considered for this position, candidates should posses:
• High School Diploma ( Some College / College Degree preferred )
• 1 - 3 years of direct office support or equivalent experience
