Job Description

As a Team Leader you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Operates a teller terminal and has authority to sign official checks and complete Steller overrides.

2. Accepts and processes the following transactions: savings, checking, and Christmas Club account payments, loan payments, SDB rental payments, utility payments, tax deposits, and any withdrawals.

 3. Accepts checks for cashing according to FNB check cashing policy

4. Sells money orders, official checks, and collects fees which may apply

5. Sells and redeems savings bonds

6. Ensures each teller balances daily, provides assistance to locate differences, ensures that all differences are properly initialed and, if required, reported to manager immediately.

7. Willingness to create a work environment conducive to superior customer services

8. Ensures that appearance of teller area and personnel are neat and organized in accordance with bank policy

9. Ensures that vault cash is managed under dual control to include vault transactions, cash orders/shipments, audits, and the proper strapping and dating of currency denominations from teller to Federal Reserve

10.Ensures that all negotiable instruments, Safe Deposit Box records, and confidential records in the work area are properly secured each day

11. Oversees properly dual controlled daily opening of night depository and the processing of night drop transactions.

Education : High School or general education degree (GED)
