As a Credit Analyst you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
1.Translate financial data from tax returns, compilations, reviews, personal statements, and other financial statements to create spreads
2. Access ARTA to obtain Credit Bureau reports on individual participants in the request
3. Utilize web sources, such as the Ohio Secretary of State or the Mahoning County Auditor to retrieve other necessary information
4. Access Report Smith to research the customer's complete deposit and loan relationship with the Bank
5. Organize all loan information in file to allow easy access
6. Effectively communicate with Lenders to clearly understand all factors contributing to loan request
7.Recognize the type of report that is appropriate for the request by considering the customer's aggregate debt with the Bank and the amount of the request
8. Compose analytical reports that clearly show the customer's ability to repay the requested amount. This is accomplished by creating cash flow statements for each participant and writing an analysis of their performance over the past 3-4 years. Project the customer's performance for the next year by using the past performance information. Generate questions for the Lender in order to fine tune the report and clear up discrepancies
