MMI Textiles, Inc. is a growing, dynamic firm that supplies products to the various industrial textile markets. We are a small business, which means that all employees are expected to be well trained on all product lines and all functions of the day to day operations. MMI Textiles has the distinction of maintaining a close, family oriented office environment, which translates into an extensive search process during hiring periods to select the perfect candidate.
The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities will include, but not limited to; executing special projects as assigned, preparing quotes/samples for customers, organized filing, assisting team members, qualifying sales leads, following up on samples and quotes sent to new and existing customers, creating and executing purchase orders, assisting in quality control, basic accounting, etc. A main function of this candidate will be to assist the President and Production Manager with daily tasks or projects, while also performing typical customer service duties.
The candidate we are looking for will posses the following characteristics; detail oriented, eagerness to learn, positive attitude, OUTGOING PERSONALITY, seamlessly able to work with others, enthusiastic self starter, reliable, true believer in hard work and teamwork.
