Job Description

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited graduate school of social work, psychology or counseling. Knowledge of medical and psychiatric terminology and diagnostic criteria. Knowledge of community resources and managed care organizations. Two years experience in providing mental health services, license as a LSW, LPC in state of OH.
