Bi-Lingual Legal Collector

About the Position:

Legal Collector – notifies or locates commercial debtors with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment according to client guidelines and in compliance with our clients policies.  

 

Calculates payment arrangements and negotiates settlements which may require supervisor/client approval.

 

Collectors will document information about financial status of debtors and status of collection efforts.

 

Will perform data entry to update notes on account

 

The Qualified Candidate will have:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Solid Collections experience could include;
      • Commercial
      • Consumer
    • Skip Tracing
  • Auto dial or direct dial system experience
  • Strong communication skills – at all levels
  • Must have solid negotiation skills
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Must have 1 year of uninterrupted work experience and regular/timely attendance
  • Type 30 WPM
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies
