Alliance Scientific Solutions is currently looking for a top performer in the area sterile production.

Position Title: Sterile Filling Supervisor
Status: Permanent- Full Time
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Compensation:
Salary: $50000-$65,000

The Ideal Candidate:
Supervisory experience is preferred or must successfully complete the Supervisory Development Program.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within the organization.

3rd Shift (Monday - Friday) 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Education: Requires a four-year Bachelor of Science or an Engineering degree with one year of pharmaceutical industry experience or a high school diploma with a thorough technical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing evidenced by documented training and 3-5 years experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for aseptic filling operations and sealing operations.

Responsible for the documentation of aseptic filling operations and sealing operations.

Schedules employees for work daily, weekend work, overtime reduction.

Supervises technicians, record technicians, and senior technicians.

Coordinates activities with other departments toward the goal of efficient, smooth-flowing filling and sealing operations.

Reviews records from filling and sealing. Makes certain special instructions are implemented.

Documents occurrences and deviations.

Evaluates employees
