Alliance Scientific Solutions is currently looking for a top performer in the area Instrumentation and Equipment.

Position Title: Equipment Preparation Supervisor
Status: Permanent- Full Time
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Compensation:
Salary: $50000-$65,000

The Ideal Candidate:
Pharmaceutical experience in Equipment Preparation or Sterile Filling is required, as described above.
Supervisory experience is preferred or must successfully complete the Supervisory Development Program.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within the organization.

Requires a significant amount of motor ability and such tasks occupy a significant portion of the work period but are not the complete focus of the position.

3rd Shift (Monday - Friday) 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Education:
Requires a four-year Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree with one year of pharmaceutical industry experience or a high school diploma with a thorough technical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing evidenced by documented training and five years experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises Equipment Prep personnel including hiring, training, coaching of performance issues, scheduling, and reinforcement of company policies.

Writes and reviews SOPs for Equipment Preparation.

Makes out schedules to meet the needs of production.

Checks accuracy of records for Equipment Preparation.

Prepares equipment for filling.

Prepares and conducts/administers training programs for subordinates.

Performs departmental audits.

Orders necessary supplies for department.

Maintains parts inventory. Maintains S.O.P. books.

Participates in Quality Improvement Process and oversees QWG Crew activities for departmental staff.
