Job Description

Job Summary:

In this position your duties will include listening to customer needs and providing appropriate solutions based on various methods of transportation, differentiating between mode, price, and service. Identify any customer's objections and provide the appropriate options all in the effort to find a solution for the customer. In additon, you will educate customer on the competitive benefit of using FedEx. Monitor the progress of shipments and respond to the appropriate service issues.  You will also provide support to other operational divisions.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Transportation knowledge preferred
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends since we are open 24/7
  • Ability to provide the customer a wide variety of options and solutions.
  • Must be able to work on multiple computer systems
