We are looking for outstanding individuals to work in our fast-paced environment assisting customers, nurses and other health care professionals with Diabetes, Woundcare, Ostomy and other medical supply needs. Our service is a vital part of daily needs for individuals across the united states. Responsibilities for this position include:
- answering incoming phone calls from customers
- processing orders
- extensive data entry
- assisting walk in customers with orders and questions
- informing customers of insurance coverage
Shift hours are 11:30am to 8:00pm Monday - Friday
Candidates for this position will possess excellent communication and decision-making skills and have the ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls. Prior health care experience is not needed, extensive product and computer training is provided. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
