Job Description
Human Resources/Finance Intern's (undergraduate or graduate) duties will include:
- Spreadsheet analysis preparation work for various employee benefit plans including 401K, group health insurance and group long-term disability. This analysis will compare offerings from different companies in an effort to find the best plan for clients.
- Analysis of contracts in an effort to identify any problems or discrepancies
This internship requires a finance or human resources major or an MBA student. One should have strong analytical skill and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, as well as being highly organized. A benefits background would be helpful.
Compensation includes course credit with possible bonus dollars.
