CBsmartHire is technology developed by PsyMax Solutions, a people assessment firm with over 40 years experience in maximizing companies' performance, and seamlessly integrated into your CareerBoard account. Your benefit is two fold:

1. You get access to proven assessment technology. Statistical analysis done at Texas A&M University has validated the program's results through testing done over a period of years. The PsyMax technology condenses Dr. Wayne Nemeroff's years of experience in traditional industrial psychology and streamlines it into one, easy-to-use tool.
   
   
2. The technology is seamlessly integrated into your CareerBoard account. You can invite candidates and review their assessments all through your CareerBoard account. We've made the process of using assessments as easy as one-click.

Only if you want them to. You can set-up your account to automatically invite all candidates to take the assessment but we recommend you do some preliminary screening and use the manual invitation to only select certain candidates access.

We recommend allowing at least three (3) assessment credits for each job posting. That means you can access the assessment results of three candidates for your opening. Of course if you want to view additional candidates' scores you can purchase additional assessment credits but if you find your ideal hire after reading the first report, you have two credits left for future postings.
